Returns: Once your items are delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (email@example.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.

All overseas customers who wish to return or exchange a product will equally need to contact our Returns & Exchange team (email@example.com) within 30 days of the delivery date and request a Return Authorisation number. They are also kindly requested to mark the package as “returned items” on the Customs Declaration form in order to avoid any unnecessary duty fees and delays in customs.
